Privacy Policy.

This page explains what information the ZeroRun website handles and how the privacy-preference controls work.

Information you provide

If you submit a private-pilot request, the form may include your name, work email, company or team, repository description, typical test runtime, coding-agent workflow, the work you repeatedly rerun, and what you want from a pilot.

How form submissions are delivered

The private-pilot form is submitted through Web3Forms so the inquiry can be delivered to ZeroRun. Information you submit through that form is therefore transmitted to Web3Forms as a service provider for form delivery. Do not use the public form to send passwords, credentials, access tokens, private keys, regulated personal data, or confidential source code.

Email and external links

If you use an email link, your email provider processes that message according to its own terms and privacy practices. Other external links are governed by their respective providers' policies.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your privacy preference locally in your browser so it does not need to ask you on every page. That preference is treated as strictly necessary site storage. The site currently does not load analytics or marketing trackers. The Analytics and Marketing controls are retained as explicit preferences so optional technologies can remain disabled unless you choose to allow them.

Your choices

You can reopen the privacy panel at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Reject All disables optional Analytics and Marketing preferences. Accept All enables those preferences. Save Settings stores the selections currently shown.

Use and retention of inquiries

Pilot inquiry information is used to evaluate the requested workload, respond to you, and determine whether a design-partner discussion makes sense. Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or to meet applicable legal obligations.

Security

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The website is intentionally designed so an initial pilot inquiry can be made with high-level information rather than repository credentials or sensitive source material.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website or the services used by the site change. The “last updated” date will be revised when material changes are published.
