These terms govern your use of the ZeroRun website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The website is informational
The website describes ZeroRun, its current technical boundary, measured benchmark evidence, and the private design-partner pilot. Website content is not a guarantee of performance, availability, compatibility, commercial readiness, fundraising outcomes, or future product capability.
Measured claims remain scoped
Performance and safety statements on the site refer to the specific accepted evidence and supported boundary identified with those statements. Results on other repositories, runners, tests, environments, or future versions may differ. A stretch target is not a measured result unless it is explicitly reported as achieved.
Contacting us does not create an agreement
Submitting the pilot form, sending email, or discussing a repository does not by itself create a customer, partnership, employment, confidentiality, investment, or other binding relationship. Any pilot or commercial engagement may require separate written terms agreed by the relevant parties.
Your submissions
You are responsible for having authority to submit the information you provide. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, credentials, regulated personal data, or confidential source code through the public website form. A high-level repository description is sufficient for an initial inquiry.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use third-party services, including Web3Forms for delivery of contact-form submissions. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Software and intellectual property
The ZeroRun name, website design, text, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights to source code published through a repository are governed by the license and notices included with that repository, not by these website terms.
No warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility with any specific workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZeroRun and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website, pilot, or product changes. The “last updated” date will be revised when material changes are published.
